Business Profile

I have fond and special memories when I was growing up, of my dearest late Mother who sadly passed in 2012. I felt so privileged and lucky as she told me lots of stories about the vineyards that she grew up in, with my Grandparents, surrounded by grapes and beauty . My Mother taught me everything I know about wine and, as I was growing up, I fell in love with the concept of wine and champagne and the history surrounding it.

I loved so much to hear my Mothers stories and really enjoyed hearing all about the vineyards and the history of wine, her stories were of truly beautiful and wonderful experiences.

Before my Mother's passing in 2012 it never occurred to me to open a Wine Tasting Bar and Wine Merchants for Fine Wine, Champagne and all Spirits. However, I wanted to do something in honour of her memory and to offer something different, not just a Café, Bar or Restaurant. It was then that I suddenly felt inspired to open a specialist boutique of Wine & Gin tasting for the best quality drinks, where my customers can taste the wines before purchasing bottles to enjoy at home.
